<br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />October 9, 1996 <br /> <br />to present background on the lona Lane vacation. A general discussion ensued. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Thein moved, second by Member Cunningham to <br />recommend adoption of a resolution to vacate a portion of the unimproved, <br />dedicated, and City owned right-of-way of lona Lane, east of Cleveland Avenue, <br />subject to retention of a 40 foot drainage and utility easement. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Cunningham, Rhody, Wilke, Thein, Harms <br />None <br /> <br />7.
