EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD JAI\JUARY 10, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of tile Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in the said Village on January 10, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Shields and moved its adoption. introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 1431 ~lliEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 350.111 as amended, authorizes municipal governing body to establish a policy of reimbursement to officers and employees for the use of their personal automobiles on official business; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. All Village employees shall be compensated for the use of their own automobile at the rate of 10~ per mile. 2. Members of the Village Council shall be compensated for the use of their own automobiles at the rate of 10~ per mile. 3. Claims for reimbursing pursuant to this resolution shall be submitted to the Village Manager on forms prepared by him and upon presentation an allowance by the council of properly detailed and authenticated claims, the Village Treasurer is authorized and directed to pay such claims. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reSOlution was duly seconded by Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the council this 10th day of January, 1966.
