CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, July 9, 1997 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki called the regular Planning Commission Meeting to <br />order at 6:38 p.m. in the City of Roseville, City Council Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Chairperson Wietecki introduced Planning Commission members and staff. <br />Present:K. Wietecki, K. Harms, J. Mulder, E. Cunningham, D. Wilke, <br />J. Rhody <br />Absent:J. Thein <br />Staff Present:R.Jopke, J. Kennedy, D.Welsch <br />Council Present: J. Goedeke, B. Mastel <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />Motion: <br /> Member Rhody moved, seconded by Member Mulder, to approve the <br />minutes, as corrected, of <br />the June 11, 1997 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />Motion carried 5-0-1 <br />(Harms abstained). <br />The Commission accepted the James Addition Task Force meeting notes of <br />June 23, 1997. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />None. <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Chairman Wietecki asked for Commission consensus to move PF 2925 to the <br />Consent Agenda. <br />Planning File 2925 <br />. Request for a Variance to reduce setback from ordinary <br />high water level of Lake Josephine from 75 feet to 20 feet to replace an existing <br />accessory building with an addition to dwelling at 1199 Josephine Road. <br />Motion: <br /> Member Harms moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to continue PF <br />2925, being a request for a Variance by Stuart Sellars and Carole Wedel <br />Sellars, to the Planning Commission meeting of August 13, 1997. Motion carried <br />1 <br />
