CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, November 12, 1997 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki called the regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Roseville City Council Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Chairperson Wietecki introduced Planning Commission members and staff. <br />Present:Keith Wietecki, Ed Cunningham, John Rhody, Doug Wilke, <br />Katie Harms, John Thein, Jim Mulder <br />Absent:None <br />Staff Present:Kim Lee, Jay Kennedy, Dennis Welsch <br />Council Present: Barb Mastel, John Goedeke <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />Motion: <br /> Member Harms moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the <br />minutes of the September 10, 1997 Planning Commission meeting as <br />submitted. Member Mulder noted that the October meeting was officially <br />cancelled. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />None. <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA; <br />None. <br />6.PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />6a.Planning File 2936. (Lacher) Request for variance from Section <br />703.04(B)(9) of the City Code to reduce the setback of a driveway to <br />less than one foot for the purpose of replacing an existing non- <br />conforming driveway in an R-1 Single Family Residential District <br />(located at 2912 Mildred Drive, legally described as Lot 18, <br />Rohleder’s Oak Grove). <br />1 <br />
