James Schreier (Charles Cabinets) is proposing a <br />Planned Unit Development Rezoning to allow for the expansion of Charles <br />Cabinet business within the existing site located at 3090 N. Cleveland <br />Avenue. <br />ChairRhody opened the hearing and requested Dennis Welsch to verbally <br />summarize the staff report dated September 9, 1998. <br />JimSchreier presented a background on the design of the building including <br />parking and reduced need for overhead doors. <br />1 <br />
