City of Roseville is proposing text amendments to Section <br />1004.01G of the City Code (Home Occupations). <br />ChairRhody opened the public hearing and requested Dennis Welsch present a <br />summary of the staff report regarding home occupations. <br />MemberWilke asked if the proposed amendment would have an impact on <br />hairdressers and beauty parlor operators. <br />MemberKlausing recommended that item 2a read: “resident” instead of “occupant”. <br />He asked for clarification regarding structural changes in various portions of the <br />home. <br />MemberMulder recommended that item 2b read “one FTE”. The idea is to limit the <br />business to one non-residential outside employee on the site at any time. He asked <br />why day care facilities were not included.
