EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, November 23, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember V. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8867 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT ST-92-27 THEREFORE UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted October 26, 1992, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project ST-92-27; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on November 23, 1992, to consider the proposed construction of Improvement ST-92-27 consisting of the installation of storm sewer pipes and associated appurtenances in the area between Wewers Road and a point 240 feet more or less south of the centerline of County Road C and lying between Rice Street and the north south centerline leg of Wewers Road as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $44,300.00 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed for Alternate 1 only, as described in the feasibility report dated October 26, 1992. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember P. Johnson and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
