Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to send the proposed ordinance as amended, with 70 feet <br />of minimum flag lot frontage, to the City Council without a recommendation from the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 1 <br /> <br />Member Olson and Egli stressed that additional public input was needed. <br /> <br />Gd. City of Roseville request for an amendment to Section 1010.11 of the Roseville Zoning <br />Ordinance, regulating large commercial recycling compactors. <br /> <br />Chair Klausing opened the public hearing and requested Thomas Paschke to provide a summary of the proposed <br />ordinance which would clarify the location and regulation of large commercial compactors. <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke explained the need for additional amendments to the ordinance; more amendments may be necessary. <br /> <br />Motion. Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to continue the public hearing to the October 13, 1999 <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />8a. Report on Environmental Planning and Compliance Workshop. <br /> <br />Peggy Egli reported on the workshop. <br /> <br />8b.
