<br />Chair Klausing explained his interest in meeting with the Council regarding the role of the Commission. Member Mulder <br />noted that the Planning Commission role is to conduct the hearing with the Council to review the recommendation and ask <br />for any further detail before deciding on the issue. Chair Klausing will request the Council to establish a time to review <br />joint issues. <br /> <br />8c. Planning Commission Reader. Accepted and encouraged to continue. <br /> <br />8d. Reports. Chair Klausing provided brief reports on his work with a) City Center b) Charter Commission. <br /> <br />9. Adjournment.
