Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair Klausing called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 7:30 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Olson to approve the minutes of the October 11,2000 meeting of <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: Wilke, Klausing, Olson. <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Abstain: Mulder <br /> <br />Carried 3-0. <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />6. Public Hearings <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3272: A request by Natalija Ericksen, 2376 Cohansey Street, for a 264 square foot variance from <br />Section 1004.01A6 (Accessory Buildings in Residential Districts) of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />Chairman Craig Klausing opened the public hearing and requested Community Development Director Dennis Welsch to <br />provide a verbal summary of the staff report dated November 8, 2000. <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch explained that the site is surrounded by R-1 zoned property. There was a deteriorated shed that was <br />removed. The lot is large (27,791 sq.ft. total) and unusually deep. The new shed would be for storing lawn equipment and <br />for a playhouse. Welsch illustrated the site existing conditions and location of footings for proposed shed and the <br />elevations of the shed. <br />
