<br />Motion: Member Klausing moved, second by Member Rhody, to adopt Resolution No. 3232 (Revising the Text and Land <br />Use Map Designations of the Existing Plan adopted in 1994, as amended, by incorporating the Twin Lakes Business Park <br />Master Plan Renewal Strategy of 2000, with the staff land use scenario of December 13, 2000, and recommended further <br />study for retail options within the southeast section of the business park, subject to an AUAR. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />c. Planning File 3271: A request by the City of Roseville to affirm the 2001 to 2006 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) <br />as consistent with the Roseville Comprehensive Land Use Plan and to recommend the anticipated expenditures for fiscal <br />year 2001. <br /> <br />d. Planning File 3276: A request by the City of Roseville to re-affirm all zoning and comprehensive plan amendments <br />made in 2000. The amendments will be submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review, comment and approval. <br /> <br />Items "c" and "d" were introduced by Chairman Klausing and announced that one joint hearing would be held. He <br />requested Dennis Welsch to provide a verbal summary of the staff reports dated December 13, 2000. Community <br />Development Director Dennis Welsch provide the annual update to the Comprehensive Plan and the Capital Improvement <br />Plan, noting that this was the sixth consecutive year the Planning Commission has reviewed the plan on an annual basis. <br />Such reviews keep the Plan more current. Welsch reviewed the Comprehensive Plan revisions section by section, noting <br />that the Goals and Polices did not change during year 2000. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Klausing moved, second by Member Olson, to advise the Council, that after review of the Plan and the <br />CIP, the 2001 CIP is consistent with the Roseville Comprehensive land Use Plan. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. 5-0 <br /> <br />Motion: Member Klausing moved, second by Member Olson, to adopt Resolution No. 3276 affirming the 200 changes <br />and revised format, officially including the changes in the plan, and recommend approval of the 2000 Comprehensive Plan <br />to the City Council for consideration at their January 8,2001 meeting, within the public hearing section of the Council <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. 5-0 <br /> <br />e. Planning File 3270: A request by the City of Roseville to amend Section1 004.01A (Accessory Buildings in Residential <br />Districts) for the purpose of clarifying rear yard area and square footage maximums. Item to be continued to <br />01/10/01 meeting. <br /> <br />Chair Klausing recommended that this item would be continued to the Planning Commission's next regular meeting of <br />January 10, 2001.
