Project (PF3293) will be considered by the City Council on March 26, 2001. 7. Presentation and Other Actions Veritas EAW Comments and Review of Concept PUD. Community Development Director Dennis Welsh provided an overview of EAW comments received (4) and noted none required further EIS work. Motion: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Cunningham, after review of the Voluntary EAW and comments, to recommend approval of a Negative Declaration (no significant additional environmental impact requiring an Environmental Impact Statement). Ayes: 6 Nays: 0 Motion carried. Motion: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Wilke, that the Commission finds the land uses proposed within the Veritas amendment (122,000 s.t. of additional office space) to the existing Centre Pointe Business Park Planned Unit Development to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the intent of the 1997 Centre Pointe PUD, and therefore the Commission recommends concept and final approval of the PUD amendment. Ayes: 6 Nays: 0 8. Other Business Resolution for former chair and member Craig Klausing By consensus and by resolution, the Commission congratulated Mr. Klausing on his appointment to the City Council and thanked him for his dedication and service, and wished him well. 9.
