Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair John Rhody called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Wilke to approve the minutes, as amended (strike: page 6, <br />line 27, "and is actually of a higher quality"), of the March 14, 2001 meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: Cunningham, Olson, Rhody, Duncan, Mulder, Wilke <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Carried: 6-0 <br /> <br />4. Planning File 3243: Arona Neighborhood Master Plan: Sketch PlanlDiscussion <br /> <br />Chairman Rhody opened the topic discussion and asked Dennis Welsch to introduce the topic. <br /> <br />Michael Lamb, Project Leader from HGA, described the study of the Arona neighborhood. The neighborhood <br />meetings were described. Alternative designs were described.
