Planning File 3159: Recommendation on vacation of unused easement at Sunrise Senior Housing Project, <br />2555 Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke explained the request to vacate an easement on the Sunrise site. Sunrise requests vacation of <br />an unused easement, but will re-dedicate other easements including utility, drainage and trail easements. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Wilke, to recommend approval of the vacation of the utility <br />easements at 2555 Snelling Avenue, subject to a legal description being provided to the City Council prior to the <br />Council's public hearing. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />8.
