<br />Commission thanked David Windle, GIS Coordinator, for his work on this. <br /> <br />e. Planning File 3159: Recommendation on vacation of unused easement at Sunrise Senior Housing Project, <br />2555 Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke explained the request to vacate an easement on the Sunrise site. Sunrise requests vacation of <br />an unused easement, but will re-dedicate other easements including utility, drainage and trail easements. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Wilke, to recommend approval of the vacation of the utility <br />easements at 2555 Snelling Avenue, subject to a legal description being provided to the City Council prior to the <br />Council's public hearing. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />8. Information, Reports and Other Business (verbal reports as time permits) <br />a. Election of Vice Chair <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, second by Member Duncan, to nominate Jim Mulder as Vice Chair for the <br />year 2001. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Abstain: 1 (Mulder) <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />b. Distribution of City Code Amendments <br /> <br />City Code amendments were received by each member, to be placed on record in their files. <br /> <br />c. Billboards discussion <br /> <br />Information (a map) was received and placed on record. <br /> <br />9.
