Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair John Rhody called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Roll Call and Introduction <br /> <br />Chair John Rhody introduced new Commission member Troy Duncan. <br /> <br />Present: Chair John Rhody, Janet Olson, Ed Cunningham, Jim Mulder, Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Absent: Troy Duncan <br /> <br />Staff present: Deb Bloom, Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke <br /> <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Cunningham, to approve the minutes of the April 11 ,2001 meeting <br />of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: Cunningham, Olson, Rhody, Wilke, Mulder <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Carried: 5-0 <br /> <br />4. Public Hearings <br /> <br />6(a) Planning File 3303: Owest request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow installation of a 60-foot tower at Fire Station <br />#3 located at 2335 Dale Street. <br /> <br />The Owest request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow installation of a 60-foot tower at Fire Station #3, 2335 Dale <br />Street, be continued, at the request of the City, to the June 13, 2001 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />6(b) Planning File 3292: Meritex Enterprises (owners of Highcrest Business Park) request for a Planned Unit <br />Development to rezone from 1-2 General Industrial to Mixed Business Use to enable a portion of the site to be used for a <br />charter school for the Twin Cities International Elementary and Middle School at 2285 Walnut Street. <br /> <br />The applicant, Meritex Enterprises, withdrew their application <br />
