Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman John Rhody called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the <br />City Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: John Rhody, Ed Cunningham, Mark Traynor, Doug Wilke, Janet Olson. <br /> <br />Absent: Troy Duncan, Jim Mulder <br /> <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke <br /> <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />Others present: <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the minutes of the October 15, 2001 <br />meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 1 (Olson) <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda: (The Planning Commission may decide upon the issues listed in the Consent Agenda with one motion, <br />without further discussion.) <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Traynor, to move Item 7b (amendment to Planning <br />Commission By-Laws) to Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Traynor, to approve the change in the Planning <br />Commission's regular monthly meeting date from the second Wednesday to the first Wednesday of the month. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />
