Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman John Rhody called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the <br />City Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: John Rhody, Mark Traynor, Doug Wilke, Janet Olson, Troy Duncan <br /> <br />Absent: Ed Cunningham, Jim Mulder <br /> <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke, Deb Bloom <br /> <br />Council present: Mayor John Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Rhody, to approve the minutes of the November 14,2001 meeting <br />of the Planning Commission, with the following corrections: page 5, line 25 "... from the shoreline aRE!- as well... ", and page <br />6, line 8 "Nays: 4- 0" <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. Planning File 3357: Sketch Plan Review and Comment - Stoney River Development (Brent Thompson) proposal for <br />eight single-family lots on the 98,215 square foot (2.25 acre) parcel at 495 lona Lane. <br /> <br />Chair Rhody asked Thomas Paschke, City Planner, to provide background on the proposed sketch plan of an 8 lot single <br />family detached home subdivision that would have a common area and association. This would be a Planned Unit <br />Development. <br />
