Is the zero setback appropriate? <br /> <br />Member Olson: Expressed concern, recommended a ten feet from right-of-way. Being on an intersection makes a <br />difference and the building must be adjusted for traffic triangle. <br /> <br />Deb Bloom explained sidewalk setbacks. <br /> <br />Chair Duncan asked if the developer could respond to the impact of the project with such a change. Member Mulder <br />asked not to discuss fiscal impact issue. <br /> <br />Member Traynor stated he favored the project and accepted the setback. <br /> <br />8.
