Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Troy Duncan called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in <br />the City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Mark Traynor, Janet Olson, Troy Duncan, Ed Cunningham, Jim Mulder, Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke, Deb Bloom, Andrea McDowell Poehler, Joel Jamnik <br /> <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Olson moved, seconded by Member Cunningham, to approve the minutes of the April 3, 2002 meeting <br />of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. Presentations <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />7. Hearings <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3324: A request by Accessible Space Inc. and VSI Construction for consideration of a revised General <br />Concept Plan for a planned unit development to allow construction of a three-story 22-unit handicapped housing and a <br />three-story 16,000 square foot general office building on the 2-acre site at the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and <br />Roselawn Avenue. <br /> <br />Chairman Duncan opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke provide a summary of the project <br />report dated May 1, 2002. <br /> <br />On April 15, 2002 the City Council determined that the proposed amended General Concept Plan for the Lexington and <br />Roselawn site should receive a second public hearing and requested a Planning Commission recommendation. <br />
