Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Duncan called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the <br />City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Bakeman, Duncan, Mulder, Peper, Stone, Traynor, Ipsen <br />Absent: <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke <br />Council present: Mayor John Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Mulder, to approve the minutes of the August 7, 2002 <br />meeting of the Planning Commission <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 2 (Duncan, Stone) <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda: (The Planning Commission may decide upon the issues listed in the Consent Agenda with one motion, <br />without further discussion.) <br /> <br />Planning File 3359: Request by the City of Roseville to consider amended text in the B-6 Business Park District <br />(Section 1005.07) pertaining to pre-existing non-conforming uses. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Mulder, to continue, at the applicant's request, <br />consideration of amended text in the B-6 Business Park District (Section 1005.07) pertaining to pre-existing non- <br />conforming uses, to the Planning Commission's next regular meeting of October 2, 2002. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 1 (Duncan) <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. Hearings <br />a. Planning File 3420: Request by James Wrede, 2078 Irene Street, for a Variance to Section 1004.01A6 <br />(Maximum Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of an addition to the rear of <br />the home. <br /> <br />Chair Duncan opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke provide a summary of the project <br />
