<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 10 ,_196-6-. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 10, <br />1966 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1439 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS- FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. 1274 is hereby amended to include <br />that part of Central Park lying between Lexington and Victoria. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be null and void unless within <br />five days the Minnesota Lumber and Wrecking Co. agrees to be bound by <br />this resolution and resolution No. 1274 in writing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields , and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHER.J:;UPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
