City of Roseville Planning Commission Meeting Wednesday, November 3, 2004 1. Call to Order Chair Jim Mulder called the November 3, 2004 regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m., in the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. 2. Roll Call Present: Bakeman, Doherty, Boerigter, Mulder, Pust, Traynor Absent: Ipsen Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke Council present: None. 3. Approval of Minutes Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Boerigter, to approve, with typographic corrections, minutes of October 6 and October 14,2004. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Abstain: 1. 4. Communications from the Public: None 5. Public Hearings: a. Planning File 3604: Request by Jeff Brown for consideration of a Preliminary Plat for property located at 2550 Hamline Avenue to create four single family residential lots. Chair Mulder opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke to present the verbal summary of the staff report dated November 3, 2004. Thomas Paschke advised that Jeff Brown (Hunters Development) seeks approval of a Preliminary Plat to subdivide the 1.44 acre parcel at 2550 Hamline Avenue into four legal conforming single family residential lots. Three of the proposed lots would have required access on to Oakcrest Avenue and one must have access on to Hamline Avenue. He explained that each of the proposed lots meets or exceeds the requirements of the City Code regarding length, width, size and required set back.
