firms the first week of January and hopefully having a recommendation <br />for the City Council by mid-January. <br /> <br /> <br />5.Storm Water Management Plan <br /> <br />Deb Bloom gave a brief overview of the plan and then introduced three <br />consultants from Bonestroo Anderlik & Associates: Dan Edgerton, Rich Brasch, <br />and Randy Neprash. Dan Edgerton started by listing the primary goals of the <br />plan. They hope to have a preliminary draft of the report to City staff by <br />January 3 and then about three weeks later get a copy to the agencies. <br />Generally, it takes about three months to go through the whole review process. <br />Randy Neprash gave a short overview of the NPDES Permit. Rich Brasch <br />discussed redevelopment guidelines. Dan Edgerton and Rich Brasch outlined <br />current problem areas in Roseville. <br /> <br /> <br />6.Clean-up Day <br /> <br />Tim Pratt gave an update on Clean-up Day. The City Council did approve the <br />program in the budget for 2003. Tim presented possible sites for the program <br />and costs. Commission members discussed dates and locations to have drop off <br />sites. <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved that the Commission’s preference for a date for <br />Clean-up Day would be Saturday, April 26, with a backup date of Saturday, <br />May 3. Member Willenbring seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 4 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />Member Wilke moved that the Commission’s preference for a location for <br />Clean-up Day is Dale Street soccer field, with a backup location of the Skating <br />Center. Staff is to follow through with final decisions and preparations for <br />Clean-up Day.
