EXTRACT OF MINUTBS OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 17, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 17, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1440 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN PLANNING COMMISSION Ai'm THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE REGARDING OPEN SP ACE LAND NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Metropolitan Planning Commission regarding open space land programs which is attached hereto as Exhibit "Att. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor of the resolution. All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
