Member Rossini <br />seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 4 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />4.Communication Items <br /> <br /> Information was provided from the League of Minnesota Cities Bulletin <br />regarding a bill being heard in the legislature to authorize cities to <br />establish transportation utilities to fund street maintenance.
