<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary <br />and expedient to grant authority to the Village Attorney to <br />commence eminent domain proceedings against all owners of <br />the property with whom the Village cannot negotiate ease- <br />ments. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA~ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems that it is <br />necessary and convenient that a perpetual easement over the <br />property described below be acquired by the Village by <br />condemnation, said property being situated in the County <br />of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />Tract No. 1 (Easement No.3) <br /> <br />The East 26 feet of the South 20 feet of <br />South Lake Owasso Boulevard vacated and <br />adjacent to and Lot 3, Block 3, Oak Point, <br />according to the plat thereof on file and <br />of record in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That the estate to be acquired in the property <br />described above is a perpetual easement for constructing, <br />maintaining, operating and repairing storm sewer mains, <br />pipes and appurtenances over and across said property, <br />together with ingress and egress. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is <br />instructed to complete the necessary proceedings in con- <br />demnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and <br />in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire <br />the property set forth above under the statutes of the State <br />of Minnesota, and that said attorney is further instructed <br />and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to <br />carry said proceedings to a conclusions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields ,and upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the <br />Resolution: All present <br />
