Member Willenbring <br />seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 3 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />4.Communications Items <br /> <br /> Duane Schwartz handed out information on traffic funding for <br />transportation. There have been some articles lately in the paper regarding <br />the Itasca Project, which is a group of Twin Cities business leaders <br />concerned with transportation funding and met and created <br />recommendations that they sent to the governor and legislature. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />
