Schwartz <br />said an inspection is to see that the connection is complete but not to <br />certify it. <br /> <br /> Member Rossini said that he felt that if the street had to be torn apart for a <br />repair, it was a huge amount of money for a resident to have to be <br />responsible for. Bloom said that there is a single fee for street patching, <br />and the city does the work. <br /> <br /> Member Willenbring asked if there were many problems with the water <br />connections on the mains.
