Member Rossini <br />seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 3 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />5.Transit Shelter Update <br /> <br /> Item out of order <br /> <br /> Duane Schwartz presented background information on this topic. The <br />transit shelter ordinance requires that a public hearing be held, which is <br />why this item is on the agenda.
