<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 23rd day of November, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8868 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1993 RECYCLING FEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is dedicated to providing residents <br />curbside recycling; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Ordinance No. 1098 which autho- <br />rizes the Council to establish a fee for the collection of curbside <br />recyclables; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville does hereby establish a recycling fee of $1.45 per household <br />per month, which shall be paid by all single family, duplex, triplex, <br />fourplex, and town house unit properties in the City of Roseville <br />beginning January 1, 1993; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city Manager shall include this fee <br />on the City's quarterly utility statements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Maschka , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka <br />and V.
