<br />la-A. <br /> <br />I. Clean Up Day Pricing <br />A. Vendor will provide sufficient staff to operate the Clean Up Day. A Clean <br />Up Day being defined as a City initiated event where residents may disposed <br />of items unwanted materials from their homes and yards while maximizing <br />reuse and recycling for as many materials as possible. The City of Roseville will subsidize one-third of the disposal costs listed <br />above. Contractor will attach a description of how it will collect information <br />from residents, charge them and submit documentation for reimbursement. <br />Contractor will include a copy of sample forms. <br /> <br />C. The Contractor agrees that all materials collected will be reused, recycled or <br />disposed of properly and legally according to all applicable federal, state and <br />local laws. Contractor will include a list of all participating organizations <br />that it will work with to accept the materials collected will be reused or <br />recycled. Additionally the organization designated to receive electronics <br />shall provide documentation that the items collected will be processed in the <br />United States. All materials considered Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) shall <br />be disposed of at the Resource Recovery Facility in Newport, Mim1esota <br />unless a specific exemption is agreed upon by the Contractor and the City. <br /> <br />D.
