Approval of November meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Anderson noted an error on the third page: the date for the next <br />meeting was listed as January 3, but it should be January 23. <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved to approve the minutes of December 19, 2002, <br />of the Public Works/Transportation Commission. Member Rossini <br />seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion calTied <br /> <br />4. Communication Items <br /> <br />Bus Shelter Drawings - Outdoor Promotions provided shop drawings of <br />bus shelter options for review by the Commission. Both curved roof and <br />gabled roof designs were included. Outdoor Promotions would like to go <br />before the Council with this in late February. <br /> <br />Page I of3 <br />
