<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 17, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 17, 1966 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields; <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoptim: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1444 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road B between <br />the East line of Hamline Avenue of County Road B and the West line of <br />Lexington Street by the installation of concrete curbs and gutters, and <br />to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minn. Stats., Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 <br />(Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Lowell Odland <br />for study, and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />all members present voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the <br />same. <br />
