Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members prcsent: Todd Anderson, Mihai Marasteanu, Joe <br />Rossini, Ernest Willenbring, Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Commission members absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director <br /> <br />Others present: Rollie Danielson, US Bench; Roger Williams, Outdoor <br />Promotions; Len Thiel, Government Liaison, US Bench <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />RoUie Danielson, US Bench Corporation, stepped forward to talk to the <br />Commission regarding the transit shelter topic. Member Wilke suggested <br />he wait until they got to that agenda item. <br /> <br />3. Approval of June meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved to approve the minutes of June 10,2003, of the <br />Public Works/Transportation Commission. Member Rossini seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />4. Communication Items <br /> <br />Information was forwarded by the Mayor about openings on advisory <br />committees with the Met Council. Commission members are encouraged' <br />to get involved. <br /> <br />Agenda Change: Member Mihai Marasteanu was sworn in to serve on the <br />Commission by Commission Chair Wilke. <br /> <br />Page 1 of5 <br />
