<br />Jl!I'1.17.2003 2: 31PM <br /> <br />WBL CITY HALL <br /> <br />1'10.183- P.2/4-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 7614 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREET LIGHT STYLES <br />AS CITY APPROVED LIGHTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of White Bear Lake believes that certain areas <br />and corridors within the City of White Bear Lake would be enhanced by the installation of <br />decorative street lights; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of White Bear <br />Lake, Minnesota that the following street light styles are designated as City approved <br />lighting; <br /> <br />1. For installation on residential streets with 500 ADT or more: King Lantern <br />style with a 15 foot forest green fiberglass ornamental pole. (Catalog No. <br />KS6STBBIARll1, 120PRG, or approved equal. <br /> <br />2, For installation on residential streets with 500 ADT or more and/or <br />Commercial streets with 5,000 ADT or more: Shakespeare Single Acorn style <br />with 15 foot forest green fiberglass Ornamental pole. (Catalog No. PAC <br />254PC8D 120 GNN, or approved equal. <br /> <br />3, For installation on commercial streets with 5,000 ADT or more: King High <br />Performance Single Acorn - Catalog No. K118EAR210 HPS 120 KlGNSPGN, <br />or approved equal. <br /> <br />4. All street lights shall meet AASHTO and MN/DOT requirements for street <br />lighting. <br /> <br />The foregoing resolution, offered by <br />and supported by _.
