The panel <br />would start late January or early February. The handout desclibes the <br />information the council is looking for. The Commission member chosen <br />wouldn't necessary be representing the Commission. <br /> <br />Member Wilke said that he would serve on the panel. Joe Rossini said <br />that he was also interested in the position. <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved that Doug Wilke would serve as the <br />Commission's representative and that Joe Rossini would be the alternate. <br />Member Rossini seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion calTied <br /> <br />The 2003 Pond Maintenance Project was awarded to Jay Bros. There are <br />five different ponding areas that are being cleared of sediment. Since they <br />are paid by weight of material removed, Member Willenbring wanted to <br />make sure they weren't removing ice along with the sediment. Schwartz <br />said that every effort would be made to make sure they weren't hauling <br />away Ice. <br /> <br />5. Discussion of City Streetlight Policy <br /> <br />The latest version of the policy was presented. Deb Bloom spoke briefly <br />on what changes were made from the previous version. <br /> <br />Member Willenbring moved to send the latest version of the streetlight <br />policy to the City Council for their approval. Member Anderson <br />seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />6. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program Annual Report <br /> <br />Deb Bloom gave some background information on the report. The City is <br />required to have a permit for storm water management, and one of the <br />conditions of the pern1it is that we track md report what we do to lessen <br />pollution discharge.
