Approval of December meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved to approve the minutes of December 18, 2004, <br />of the Public Works/Transportation Commission. Member Marasteanu <br />seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />4. Communication Items <br /> <br />Deb Bloom spoke and provided a written memo on proposed state <br />legislation that exempts recycling and garbage haulers from spring load <br />restrictions.
