<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD JANUARY 17, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on January 17, 1966 at 7:30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm: and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields; <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1445 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road B from <br />the east right of way line of Lexington Avenue to the West <br />right of way line of Dale Street by the installation of <br />concrete curbs and gutters, and the widening of County Road <br />B to include 41 feet of bituminous pavement, and to assess <br />the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Stats., Sees. 429.011 <br />to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE,. MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Lowell <br />Odland for study, and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, all members present voted in favor thereof, and <br />no one voted against the same. <br />
