These bus stops service citizen access to and from the Roseville Branch of Ramsey
County Library at Harnline Avenue and Country Road B,

Bus stops were viewed with the Transportation Commission's criteria in mind:

1. Existing Metro Transit bus stop
2. Clear line of sight for vehicle operators
3. Clear line of sight for pedestrian transit riders
4. Availability of electricity from street light
5. Setback from curb at least 4 feet
6. Cross traffic visibility
7. Intersection has commercial/industrialland use.

Duane, the addition of transit shelters and our service program at these bus stops will
improve public transit service for Roseville citizens and bring each into ADA compliance.
Outdoor Promotions, Inc. looks forward to a partnership with the City of Roseville to
make these transit improvements a reality for your citizens transit users.

Respectfully,

&~~

Craig Piernot
Contract Development
Attachment: Two proposed transit shelter site plans.
