The City Council directed staff to hold discussions with Transtop Inc., the <br />transit shelter provider in Minneapolis and St. Paul, after staff was unable to come to agreement <br />with Outdoor Promotions Inc. regarding the franchise fee to be paid to the City annually, We <br />will update you on what we know about Transtop at this time, as well as what our expectations <br />are relating to fees, and gather your input. <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br />
