<br />Roseville Public Works and Transportation Commission <br /> <br />Agenda Item <br /> <br />Date: October 26, 2004 <br /> <br />Item No: 6 <br /> <br />Item Description: Conncil Commission Discussion <br /> <br />The City Council recently discussed all commissions in terms of their size and term lengths due <br />to a request by one council member to create an Environmental Commission, There was some <br />discussion regarding adding environmental issues to the Public Works and Transportation <br />Commission's scope, There was no consensus on any of the discussion points. Rather, the <br />Council suggested that each commission weigh in on these issues, The city manager is putting <br />together a questionnaire to each commission member to be mailed individually to your homes <br />after approval of the minutes from the October 11 cOilllcil meeting. He will be requesting that <br />you weigh in on these issues through that questionnaire, <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />Commission input <br />
