Pennit Required: Pennits shall be required for the installation of all new air <br />conditioning systems to the public water system, Said pennit shall be on forms as <br />provided by the City, <br />B. Water Conserving and Regulating Devices: All air conditioning systems which are <br />comlected directly or indirectly with the public water system must be equipped with <br />water conserving and water regulating devices as approved by the Public Works <br />Director. (Ord. 388, 4-22-1963) <br /> <br />801,19: RESTRICTIONS AGAINST SPRINKLING AND OTHER <br />LIMITATIONS: <br /> <br />All water customers and consmners shall be governed by the applicable regulations <br />promulgated by the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul as to <br />limitations in the time and manner of using water and such other applicable regulations <br />promulgated by the City Council affecting the preservation, regulation and protection of <br />the water supply, (Ord. 388, 4-22-1963) <br /> <br />801.20: LIABILITY FOR DEFICIENCY OR SHUTOFFS: <br /> <br />The City shall not be liable for any deficiency or failure in the supply of water to <br />consumers, whether occasioned by shutting the water off for the purpose of making <br />repairs or connections or from any other cause whatever, In case of fire, or alann of fire, <br />or in making repairs or construction of new works, water may be shut off at any time and <br />
