Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Mihai Marasteanu, Todd Anderson, Joe <br />Rossini, Ernest Willenbring, and Doug Wilke. <br /> <br />Commission members absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director <br /> <br />Others present: <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of September meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Willenbring requested that his recommendation for setting a <br />policy on where a resident's responsibility begins on the sewer connection <br />be brought up at a future meeting. Duane Schwartz suggested it be talked <br />about later in this meeting. <br /> <br />Member Willenbring moved to approve the minutes of September 28, <br />2004, of the Public Works/Transportation Commission. Member <br />Anderson seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />4.
