EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE.. MINNESOTA,t HELD JANUARY 17, 1966. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 17, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholmj and Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shieldsj and no members were absent. Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1446 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road C from the east right of way line of Dale to the west right of way line of Rice Street by the installation of concrete curbs and gutters, and the widening of County Road C to include 41 feet of bituminous pavement, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Stats., Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: That the proposed improvement be referred to Lowell Odland for study, and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members present voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same.
