Owasso Boulevard Reconstruction <br /> <br />Dear Council Members: <br /> <br />At the council meeting of October 25, 2004, the City Council authorized the preparation of a <br />feasibility study for the proposed reconstruction of S. Owasso Boulevard between Dale Street <br />and Rice Street. <br /> <br />In accordance with the council request, this study has been completed.
