Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Joel Fischer, Mihai Marasteanu, Dan <br />Shiely, Ernie Willenbring and Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Commission members absent: none <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Deb Bloom, City <br />Engineer; Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Others present: None <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />John Kysylyczyn, Roseville resident, was upset with a resolution that was <br />passed at the last council meeting supporting expansion of Highway 36 <br />and urged the Commission to contact their councilmembers about it. <br /> <br />3. Approval of March and April meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Willenbring moved to approve the minutes of March 29, 2005, of <br />the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission. Member <br />Marasteanu seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstained: 2 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Member Shiely asked that this statement be in the record word for word: I <br />want to extol the virtues of the person immediately to my left, Mr. <br />Willenbring, whom I have known since 1972, which is 33 years.
