NOTICE TO DOG OWNERS Ordinance No. 173.090 Every person who takes a dog off the property where an animal is boarded shall have on his/her persor to remove excretory matter that the dog may deposit, and that person is also responsible to see tha1 matter is picked up and properly disposed of. Applicants must present a current cen of vaccination for rabies signed by a veterinarian. Permits are due January 1st of each year. A kennellio also required for three or more dogs.
