EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD JANUARY 17, 1966. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 17, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm; and Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, and no members were absent. Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1447 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve certain real property lying within the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which property is legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. The improvement is to consist of installing storm sewers and necessary appurtenances in public right of ways unto which the property described in Exhibit "A" drains, and WHEREAS, it is further proposed to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Stats., ~429.0ll to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), and NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the improvement be referred to Banister Engineering Company for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
