Member <br />Willenbring seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 3 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />4.Communications Items <br /> <br /> Copies of the feasibility report for South Owasso Blvd reconstruction were <br />given to the Commission. <br /> <br /> Member Willenbring said he spent quite a bit of time going over the whole <br />area and asked if the area between Western Avenue and the railroad tracks <br />was going to have parking.
