Wear protective clothing, boots and safety glasses.

John Kysylyczyn, 3083 Victoria, handed out a policy and position
statement he wrote suggesting what the Commission’s position is on
recycling in the City of Roseville. He said there seemed to be some
confusion as to what the Council thinks the Commission’s position is. He
asked the Commission to re-clarify their recommendation.

Chair Wilke said he thought the meeting minutes were clear on what their
recommendation was. Mr. Kysylyczyn said they could send a resolution
to the Council because their first message didn’t get through.

Member Fischer said it wouldn’t hurt to restate the Commission’s position
to the Council so everything is clear.

Chair Wilke asked Duane Schwartz to draft a letter to the City Council
stating their position. Member Shiely said it should just say that the
Commission had recommended going with single stream recycling only.
